Wear Resistance 3J21 Superelastic Alloy Strip Thickness 0.05-2.0mm
3J21 is a Co-Cr-Ni-Mo high-elastic alloy, which is a deformation reinforced cobalt-based alloy, with good plastic properties and easy to process in the solid solution state. After high strain rate cold processing and time limit treatment, 3J21 can obtain high mechanical and elastic properties,but after the solid solution treatment, the alloy can no longer be strengthened by time limit treatment.
3J21 is Equal Grade of Elgiloy and Phynox.
The 3J21 alloy strip we supplied has now been successfully exported to a pan-plug sealing manufacturer in Italy, replacing the elastic materials previously produced in France.

Application
3J21 is mainly used for elastic element for aviation required wear resistance, corrosion resistance, seismic, no magnetic, thin wire, strip, spring, and film elements below 400℃, but also for making special bearings with highcorrosion resistance and non magnetic, and 3j21 also used for making small shaft, ball, stamping mold and blade tools.
Application in Spring production
R30003 cold drawn wire and cold rolled strip and foil are used to produce high performance spring. One of our customers from Italy produces spring energized seal/ Variseal. This customer requires very thin width of strip. The smallest size is thickness 0.80mm x width 1.0mm. Application in diaphragm valve
R30003 cold rolled strip and foil are used as diaphragm in diaphragm valves. Xunshi supplies R30003 cold rolled foil of thickness 0.10mm and 0.12mm to a diaphragm valve factory in China. This customer has a strict requirement of surface quality which surface roughness must be less than 0.2mm. Xunshi managed to find a solution and successfully delivered the strip needed.
Application in Mobile phone
R30003 cold drawn wire diameter 1.0mm was used in a well-known mobile phone. This customer has very high quality requirement, including mechanical properties, dimension tolerance and surface quality. With the help of our partners, Xunshi supplied R30003 straight wire diameter 1.0mm to this customers. And the customer speak high of our product.
